Bag a Gift


  • Relax, you’re in good hands! Just select the perfect gift and leave the rest to us! Although, we do have to add a delivery fee at checkout. (Sorry, we’re not Santa!)

  • Like a shooting star, good deals don’t last forever! So all prices are subject to change and are valid while stocks last. (We promise we’re not trying to be difficult!)

  • We carefully select the freshest flowers and edible items but delivered gifts may vary in appearance from the website due to the nature of the product. (We can’t control Mother Nature, unfortunately!)

  • Product photos may have props, but don’t worry, those won’t be included unless stated in the product description. If you have any questions, our friendly staff are here to assist. (We’re not trying to be deceiving, we just like pretty things!)

  • Substitute items are rare but if needed, we’ll do our best to match it and won’t notify you unless it is significant. 

  • We try our best to stick to the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, but substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal and regional limitations. (Nature can be unpredictable, we’re just trying to roll with it!)

  • If you or your special someone is not 100% satisfied with the gift, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll collect and replace it or provide a refund. (We want everyone to be happy, including us!)

  • We’re happy to exchange the gift if it’s still in its original condition and there’s stock available, but there may be a collection, handling and redelivery fee.

  • Mistakes happen and we’re not perfect! If you receive the wrong product, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out for you. (We’re only human, after all!)

  • If you encounter any technical difficulties with the gift, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll arrange for it to be tested and repaired or replaced if necessary. (We have a team of tech wizards ready to assist you!)

  • To avoid any embarrassment, make sure recipient names and card messages are spelled correctly. Messages and names are printed exactly as provided. (We don’t want any awkward typos ruining your gift!)

  • We don’t allow exchanges or returns on non-personalized clothing, so make sure you get the perfect fit! (We want you to rock that outfit, though!)

  • For security purposes, we may send an SMS to the recipient to let them know to expect something special. (We just want to make sure everyone knows how loved they are!)

  • Packaging for gifts and floral arrangements may differ than the photos due to availability. We may substitute paper sheets for cello sleeves. (We want to make sure your gift is as eco-friendly as possible!)

Well hello there, poppy-lover! We take your privacy seriously at Bag a Gift, but don’t worry – we won’t be stalking you or anything. Our privacy policy outlines how we’ll use your personal information in accordance with the POPI-Act (Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013), and by using our fancy platform/s, you agree to it. We’re proud to offer the best service and experience on our website, but we’ll respect your wishes if you want to opt-out of any direct marketing.

Delivery Information

Get ready to have your gifts and hampers delivered in lightning speed! Our trusty courier partner, Fastway, will make sure your presents arrive on time and in perfect condition, just as you intended. But, let’s talk rates.

Free Delivery
For orders valued at R450 or more, delivery is on the house, on us! Now, isn’t that something!

Standard Delivery
For standard delivery, a small fee of R46 applies, and be patient for two days for the big reveal.

Next day Delivery
If you’re more of a “needed it yesterday” kind of person, we’ve got you covered too. Next day delivery is just R50 – all you have to do is place your order before 3pm.

Same day Delivery
If you’re really in a pinch, same day delivery can be yours for just R92 if you order before 11am.

Pick up Option
Are you close to our offices in Durban? Perfect! Feel free to swing by and pick up your order at 431 Silverglen Drive, Chatsworth, 4092. 

Make sure to give us two days’ notice for delivery, or let us know your preferred date during checkout. We’ll do our best to deliver on that day, but we can’t guarantee the reliability of 3rd party couriers. Rest assured, we’ll keep you in the loop with an automated email containing your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
